Technology Support
We are here to serve Students, Parents, and Staff within the Bennett School District. If you are in need of Technology Support you can call (720) 500-1495. If no one answers just leave a detailed message, and a ticket will be created. Tell us your name, contact information, and a description of the problem you are having. If we do not have enough information, we will not be able to get back to you.
You can also submit a ticket through email. Just send an email to [email protected]. It is important to follow the following guidelines.
1.If you are a student email us from your student account. If you can not login to your email ask the assistant in your school office to help with your email account.
2. If you are a Parent or Guardian email us with the email address that we have on file. This is helpful if we need to make sure who we are talking to before we reset passwords.
3. Give us your full name.
4. Give us the name of your student.
5. Give us a detailed description of the problem you are having.
A good example: Hi There. My name is Jack Brown, and my student is Mick Brown. I am having trouble logging into my parent account on Infinite Campus. I think my username is mickbrown. Can you help me get logged in? My phone number on file is 303.333.3333
A Bad example: Hay my name is Jim I can’t get logged in. Please Help.
