Registration (by appointment only) for the 2022-2023 school year.
Appointments may be made using the link. Due to space, only one parent may attend the registration appointment.
The following documents will be needed to complete your registration application:
• Enrollment Packet
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Health Appraisal
• Immunization Records
Copies can be made at your request
*Upon receiving all registration information your child will be place on the list for the 2022-2023 School Year
